CHENIFLON is an innovative
compound system for chemical nickel-plating. It is originated
by a chemical nickel matrix inside which teflon (PTFE)
microparticles are uniformly scattered in order to obtain
a smooth and anti-adhesive surface.
Teflon particles having a diameter of 1 µ and representing
20-30% of the matrix will offer not only the advantages
of the Niploy Process, the Cheniflon base, but also provide
for smoothness, anti-adhesion and self-lubrication. |
